Terms & Conditions

When booking with us, the customer affirms their understanding and acceptance of the service terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Acceptance of these terms is conditioned on the scheduling and confirmation of your cleaning on a scheduled day and time.

​

Upon confirming a professional cleaning service appointment with Quick Broom Cleaning, the client explicitly agrees to adhere to the general terms and conditions set forth below. This comprehensive agreement, inclusive of our confirmation email/letter and cleaning schedule, constitutes the entire understanding between the involved parties, superseding any other verbal or written representations. In the event that any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in effect. For any queries regarding these terms and conditions, kindly reach out to us for clarification, with due consideration that your statutory rights remain unaffected. Notification in writing will be provided if there are changes to the terms and conditions.

We take pride in our service, offering the flexibility for customers to cancel at their discretion. No long-term contracts are imposed by Quick Broom Cleaning.

Our commitment to customer satisfaction is unwavering. We provide a 24-hour, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for both one-time and recurring customers (weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc.). Should any area of your home fall short of satisfaction, inform us within 24 hours, and we will promptly return to rectify those areas at no additional cost. Capture images of the unsatisfactory areas and forward them to our email at quickbroomusa@gmail.com for a swift resolution. Please note that we have a window of one week to address necessary corrections. Failure to contact us within 24 to 72 hours forfeits the right to correction services. Your presence during the correction service is crucial for verification.

Our schedule is dynamic, making it challenging to commit to precise arrival times. We operate 6 days a week between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. While efforts are made to accommodate your preferred cleaning time, occasional adjustments may be necessary.

To cancel a service, provide a 24-hour notice. Rescheduling, skipping, or canceling cleanings is permissible with a 24-hour notice. Without proper notice, a $70.00 cancellation fee or 50% of the booked cleaning amount is applicable. If home conditions are unsuitable for cleaning (e.g., clutter, hoarding, pest situations, mold, hazards, ongoing construction), a fee of $70 may apply for rescheduling, or up to 50% for cancellations.

We operate on a "24-hour Hold/Charge credit card" policy, expecting full payment on the day of cleaning. Debit/credit cards are accepted for payment. Cancellations will be charged on the card on file. Payments directly to cleaners are not accepted.

Service costs cover reasonable supplies and equipment. Additional charges apply for jobs requiring extra supplies or equipment.

​

Our cleaning teams adhere to specific cleaning requirements. For additional services, contact our office at least one business day in advance. Changes may impact fees.

​

If distractions impede our work (e.g., pets, third parties, or contractors), additional charges may apply for extra time spent at the home. Our scope is limited to cleaning tasks outlined in checklists, and we do not handle other responsibilities.

Should a cleaner feel unsafe due to customer actions, the customer remains liable for the full job cost.

​

Items of significant value should be handled by the owner.

​

We assume no liability for damage or loss of improperly secured items or pre-existing damage. We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by customer negligence.

​

While we strive for excellence, some situations may require multiple cleanings for optimal results. We work with customers to address these issues cost-effectively.

​

Professional house cleaners with Quick Broom Cleaning agree not to accept direct employment from customers, except for payment of the exit fee. If a cleaner is hired directly, a $1000.00 referral fee is charged, absolving Quick Broom Cleaning of managing the cleaner.

​

Customers must notify Quick Broom Cleaning if anyone in the household is suspected of an infectious disease at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit. Cleanings may be canceled under such circumstances.

​

If your home has a security system, provide the entry code or disarm it.

​

Plans are based on average cleaning time. If cleaning takes more than 1 extra hour due to home conditions, Quick Broom Cleaning may bill for the additional time.

​

Cleaners may take before and after pictures for quality control, solely for internal use.

​

For quality assurance, a local supervisor may inspect the cleaning service with prior notice and consent. If you won't be present, ensure no one under 16 is left unattended.

​

Payment is for the service provided, not based on cleaning team hours. Our goal is a clean home, and we want our team to focus on achieving that goal without time constraints.
